'Solo: A Star Wars Story' reveals the making of a scoundrel

Disney and Lucasfilm released the trailer on Good Morning America. The movie will be in theaters May 25.

Just before Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles turned into football's version of Han Solo in Sunday's Super Bowl, we got to see a 45-second teaser for the Han Solo spinoff, Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Before we could stop hyperventilating, Disney and Lucasfilm released the 90-second trailer on Monday's Good Morning America. The movie will be in theaters May 25.

In a voiceover, young Solo boasts that "I'm gonna be a pilot -- the best in the galaxy."

There's a Texas connection. Woody Harrelson, the venerable 56-year-old actor from Midland, plays Tobias Beckett, who adds Solo to one of his smuggling crews.

And there's the Millenium Falcon. The trailer shows it when it probably had that new space vessel smell and was just trying out that Kessel Run.
