'The Legend of Zelda'-themed symphony is returning to Dallas

The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses -- Master Quest (the "sequel" of sorts to the original Symphony of the Goddesses, which came through Dallas in 2012) will be making a stop in D-FW later this year. Dallas Pops is teaming up with producer Jason Michael Paul to bring the show to the Music Hall at Fair Park on October 24.

The concert is a celebration of the iconic Nintendo series, featuring orchestral performances of some of the best Zelda music from the past and present. New to the "Master Quest" is music from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, which came out for the 3DS in 2013.

When I went to the 2012 symphony I ran into a lot of awesome Zelda fans (some in costume), many of whom brought their 3DS systems for Mario Kart matches before and after the music.
