Hope you weren't planning to see comedian Amy Schumer at WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma this month -- because the show has been canceled.
"Due to a scheduling conflict, the Amy Schumer and Friends performance scheduled for Saturday, July 28 has been postponed indefinitely," says a note on the venue's website. It was announced on WinStar's Facebook page on July 10.
Schumer was expected to appear at WinStar with a few select "friends" -- as the show's title alludes to -- including Bridgett Everett, Rachel Feinstein, and Mia Jackson, according to WPTV in West Palm Beach. She'll continue touring through New York, Washington, Las Vegas, New Jersey and other states beginning Aug. 1.
Schumer's newest film, I Feel Pretty, failed to impress critics who said the movie's supposed message of self-acceptance backfires and, ironically, plays into feminine stereotypes. It earned 32 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
According to WinStar, all tickets to the July 27 will be refunded and refunds will be honored up to one year from the scheduled performance date.
