There are folks up north who have it worse than we do here in Dallas-Fort Worth. Still: brr!

Whew mama, it's cold out there. It hit the teens in terms of temperatures, but it felt even colder in Dallas-Fort Worth. That howling sound is arctic air whipping through the trees. Brr.

Many North Texans prepared for the freeze like respectable southerners would: by hauling out their largest jackets and digging their hat, scarf and gloves out of the bin at the top of the closet. Meanwhile, our Yankee friends have it way worse.
