Dogs can swim and splash at these end-of-summer pool parties for pups

As public pools and water parks prepare to close for the season, dogs are invited to dive in for end-of-summer fun.

Get ready to snap a slew of cute photos at these doggy splash parties, many of which feature adorable pooches in swimsuit pageants, diving and splashing contests, pet-friendly vendors and cool dips in the water. Well-behaved dogs with proof of current vaccinations are invited to participate. Check websites or Facebook pages for each event's complete rules and requirements.
