Cardio-dance instructor the Fitness Marshall will put some pep in D-FW's step

The Fitness Marshall (that's Caleb Marshall to his mama) has amassed more than 115 million views on YouTube for his high-energy workout exercises to pop songs. He'll be in Plano March 17-19.

Moves. The Fitness Marshall has moves.

He dances like he's the center of attention at a sweaty nightclub. And he wants to teach you to dance like he does. Known as Caleb Marshall to his mama, the Fitness Marshall has amassed more than 115 million views on YouTube for his high-energy workout exercises to pop songs such as "Me Too" by Meghan Trainor, "Sorry" by Justin Bieber and "Work B**ch" by Britney Spears.

Marshall's moves make you want to bust one, don't they?

Like a cooler Jazzercise instructor, Marshall gives simple how-tos as each song begins. He's inspired a generation of web watchers to rock their hips in their living rooms, dance like nobody's watching and get their heart-rate up.

One magazine even called him "the next Richard Simmons."

Marshall has been praised for inviting dancers of any size or age to join him. One of his most recent videos, to Bruno Mars' song "Perm," features "Grandma," a.k.a. Marshall's actual grandmother. His mission, he writes on Facebook, is to be "a safe space for people to be their most authentic self through fun, easy-to-follow choreography."
