Impress a date (or yourself) with a summer-friendly sushi rolling class in Dallas-Fort Worth

Cooking classes are a quintessential date idea. What better way to get to know someone new -- someone you'd like to know a whole lot better -- than through hands-on experimentation?

(Giphy)

You kick off the evening with hors d'oeuvres and a little social lubrication before seeing just how that potentially-special-someone deals with getting his or her hands dirty:

Good team player? Ingredient hog? Emotionally prepared to handle the trials and tribulations of public performance?

But, it's summer. Even with all the a/c in the world, heaven help us, it's too hot to cook. Or, to eat cooked food. Or, to even move your body in the same vicinity as someone cute.

Solution: Try out a sushi rolling class. Here are a few upcoming ones in D-FW.
