Gas Monkey Garage announced in December it would debut a new truck during this year's Monster Jam tour, and it will rip-roar through D-FW for the first time during a stop at AT&T Stadium on Feb. 13. But, you don't have to wait until Saturday to catch a first glimpse.

On Feb. 11, Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill will hold a free hype party from 5 to 9 p.m. You can get a photo with the truck and its driver Monster Jam veteran B.J. Johnson. Radio station 102.1 The Edge will be on-site with chances to win tickets and prizes.

"With so many custom features being incorporated into the new truck, I really think Richard Rawlings and his team have picked the right driver and Crew Chief," Johnson says, "We might not win them all, but we will always make the highlight reel."

About those custom features: Rawlings started with a 1970s muscle car for the truck's body and added Gas Monkey artwork before handing it over to Monster Jam engineers and technicians who designed and built the chassis, according to a release. It's just one of the brand's many new projects, which also include a new energy drink and a drive-in restaurant planned for summer 2016.

If you can't make the party or Monster Jam this weekend, you can still catch a bit of the action from the comfort of your sofa. A season 7 episode of Fast N' Loud will feature Rawlings taking a joyride in "one of these 10,000-pound beasts," the release teases.
