Beware: Facebook goes big on the pirate thing. All your prospective new friends are Cap'n So-and-So and to accept a new one, you click "Aye!" You can change "yer particulars" if you want to switch back to boring old English. But g'luck guessing how to do that, ya scallawags! (Tip: Adjust ye riggin's will get you back to Settings.)

Stock up on free fish, sailarrrrs!

A little effort and you're guaranteed free booty. Those who talk like a pirate at Long John Silver's get one free fish tender. Those who dress like one get a two-piece fish tender basket. You wear that gold hoop earring, eye patch and bandana ever'day, dont'cha matey? Go for the two-piecer. Don't let the rules ruin your fun, though; tell 'em to walk the plank if they don't like your getup.
