There's still time to get free Dunkin' coffee in 3 North Texas cities

Donut shop Dunkin' is celebrating the debut of three of its shops in North Texas by giving away free coffee for two weeks. That's notable: It's rare to see a local business give away anything for more than a single day.

The free coffee is available now through Jan. 31 at its new stores in Arlington, DeSoto and Dallas.

We have boots-on-the-ground knowledge that there's no catch to the free, medium-sized hot or iced coffee, either. While they'd love for you to snag a cake doughnut or sausage, egg and cheese croissant, patrons can leave with only a cup of coffee, no charge. Cold brew isn't part of the freebie.

All three restaurants opened in December, and they sport the company's new design and new name (which was shortened to Dunkin' in fall 2018, though the doughnuts aren't going anywhere).

Dunkin' sports 12,700 restaurants in more than 40 countries, according to a press release.
