Is your library stocked with tequila? ... Well, why not?
A "tequila library" will be one of several exclusive parts of an 8,000 square-foot steakhouse called Dee Lincoln Prime, expected to open at The Star in Frisco on Dec. 1. The Frisco development is home to the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters and is brimming with new restaurants.
Dee Lincoln Prime is named for "steakhouse queen" Dee Lincoln, the restaurateur who was the co-founder of steakhouse Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House. No longer involved with Del Frisco's, Lincoln dabbled in more casual restaurants before realizing luxury dining is really more her style.
Described as an "upscale steakhouse" in a press release, Dee Lincoln Prime will specialize in filet mignon, prime ribeyes and the like. The menu also includes shareable, dry-aged steaks that sell for $135. For sides, diners will find grilled asparagus, lobster mac and cheese, and avocado fries.
TJ Lengnick will be the executive chef of the steakhouse; Mark Tungcmittrong will be the sushi chef. The 200 customers who dine in the main area of the restaurant can order steak, seafood and sushi from the menu.
The most coveted seats in the restaurant will be the six-person private sushi bar for diners who want to order omakase, which allows the chef to make the dishes he desires. The backdrop for the sushi bar is that "tequila library" that includes some hard-to-get bottles.
Dee Lincoln Prime also has three private dining rooms and a collection of more than 2,500 bottles of wine.
If you're a VIP in the Dallas suburbs -- or if you want to be -- Dee Lincoln Prime will be a primo dinner spot.
Dee Lincoln Prime, expected to open Dec. 1, will be located at 6670 Winning Drive, Suite 400, Frisco. Dinner only. Closed Sundays.
