When the State Fair of Texas ends, that generally means no more Fletcher's Corny Dogs. These fried franks do pop up on rare occasion at special events. Emphasis on special.

But this week, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, Fletcher's fanatics will find free corny dogs in Main Street Garden in downtown Dallas. The freebies are a gift from Chevrolet, the company celebrating the Chevy truck's 100th birthday.
I don't know what you usually do when you turn a year older, but if it doesn't involve free corny dogs, maybe you need to step up your birthday game. +1 to Chevy.
