Teachers hankering for a trip through a pizza buffet will be in luck Tuesday, May 9.

Coppell-based Cicis is providing teachers and school staff with a free adult buffet from 11 a.m. to close in recognition of National Teacher Appreciation Day. Here's who's participating.

Educators, including teachers, teachers' aids, administrators, custodians and bus drivers, are asked to flash an official ID badge issued by any local elementary/middle/high school, public or private, and get in line for unlimited pizza, pasta, soup, salad and dessert. You have to buy your own drink.

Need some drinks to wash down the pizza?

World of Beer, which has locations in Arlington and Fort Worth, has advertised free Angry Orchard Crisp or Samuel Adams beer for educators showing their ID.

The next day, May 10, McDonald's restaurants in North Texas will offer a free breakfast Extra Value Meal to teachers with a valid ID. The deal lasts from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
