Need a nightcap? Bubbly costs $1 at Dallas restaurant Top Knot through March 5

Top Knot, the funky Asian fusion restaurant in Uptown Dallas, is celebrating its first anniversary, and that means drink deals for those who come knocking after 9 p.m.

The restaurant is selling $1 glasses of Villa Sandi prosecco from Feb. 20 through March 6. The deal is good anytime after 9 p.m. and applies only to glasses of straight sparkling wine. (Read: no sparkling cocktails.) There's no limit to how many patrons may order, though we recommend you imbibe responsibly.

Top Knot made its splashy debut in 2016 as a sister restaurant to revered sushi spot Uchi. It lived up to the hype, according to our restaurant critic Leslie Brenner, who gave it four stars in an April 2016 review. The vegetable section of the shared-plates menu, she said, is "a gold mine."
