Somethin' to taco 'bout: Grab free tacos around Dallas on Thursday

It might get a little awkward in downtown Dallas on Thursday. Representatives from Verizon are handing out free tacos at several locations in Dallas. And Dallas, as you know, is AT&T's turf.

Verizon is calling it the Victory Tour. It's all in good fun, says a spokeswoman.

The company is celebrating being named the No. 1 network in Dallas, according to RootMetrics. "[We] believe there's no better way to celebrate a win (or mourn a loss) than with food," reads a cheeky Verizon statement.

The important thing: Anyone can get free tacos in Dallas on Thursday, Sept. 22 if you know where to go.

About 650 tacos, made by Rock & Roll Tacos, are up for grabs on Thursday. Here are the three spots:
