Hopefully you celebrate ice cream more than once a year, but if you need an excuse to celebrate some more, you've got it. On National Ice Cream Day (July 17), Baskin-Robbins is offering a chance to donate to a good cause. In honor of the United Service Organizations' 75th birthday, Baskin-Robbins will donate 75 cents from every ice cream float sold that day. Plus, guests will receive a free waffle cone upgrade with their purchase.
Baskin-Robbins is actually celebrating the entire National Ice Cream month of July by introducing two new menu items: the USO Patriot Pop and the Polar Pizza. The USO Patriot Pop honors the USO's 75 years of commitment, support and service.
The Polar Pizza is available in four different flavors: OREO® Cookies 'N Cream, Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate and REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup, Jamoca® Almond Fudge and HEATH®, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. And if those aren't tempting you, you can customize your own pizza. According to Baskin-Robbins, it eats just like a dessert pizza!
Plus, Baskin-Robbins has also introduced a new July Flavor of the Month, OREO® Birthday Cake.
