Wondering where to find the next hot thing Dallas' dining scene? Zagat has some suggestions.
The restaurant rating website released its inaugural Dallas 30 Under 30 list Monday, spotlighting the city's up-and-comers deemed the "next generation's superstars" in food and drink. The list includes chefs, bartenders, managers and restaurant owners at buzzy spots around Big D, such as Filament, Top Knot and Small Brewpub.
And to celebrate, Zagat is offering hungry residents a little something: free food.

Where to find free bites this week:
- Monday: Free lobster rolls from East Hampton Sandwich Co. beginning at 10:30 a.m. while supplies last. Deal is available at all four area locations.
- Tuesday: Free 12-ounce cold brew coffee at Cultivar Coffee Bar and Roaster beginning at 7 a.m. Stop by the counter at Goodfriend Package in East Dallas to redeem.
- Wednesday: Free slices of strawberry and chocolate cake at Cake Bar beginning at noon while supplies last. The eatery is located in Trinity Groves.
- Friday: Free smoky s'mores candy bars at Kate Weiser Chocolate beginning at 11 a.m. while supplies last. The shop is located in Trinity Groves.
