At Hash House a Go Go, "twisted farm food" is the way company officials describe the breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner spot that got its start in California. Know what we'd call it? "Food for giants."

Many of the menu items at the new Plano restaurant, which opened in late March, are monstrous. It seems fitting that there's now a Hash House in Texas. Because big. There's one in larger-than-life Las Vegas, too, as well as other cities such as Chicago and Orlando.
Some of Hash House's items will require two or three adults to finish. To go boxes are aplenty here. But it isn't all huge: Tinier customers can order a bacon waffle shaped like Texas from the kids menu. There's also a section with "small plates," plus simpler items such as side salads and grilled chicken.
But really, what you want to see are those oversized dishes. A peek won't cost you any calories:
Fried chicken benedict the size of a football
Chorizo hash served in a giant skillet
Pancakes the size of hubcaps
Chicken and waffles as big around as a basketball
A burger stacked as high as a sleeve of Oreos (because, hey, we all know what that looks like)
