Speaking of diets: Four Texans debut 'taco cleanse' book

Four Texans pledged to eat nothing but tacos for one month. It sounds like the start of some bigger-in-Texas joke, but it isn't: It's the inspiration for a book now available called The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-Based Diet Proven to Change Your Life.

A life-changing taco cleanse seems so much better than a juice cleanse or a soup cleanse or a raw food cleanse. The timing is just right, as it's the exact month when we're talking a lot about calories.

The book includes dozens of taco recipes and a strategy for devoting 30 days to vegan tacos.

Why tacos? They're "nature's perfect food," an author of the book told CultureMap.

Margaritas are very much a part of the meal plan, notes the LA Times. (Thank goodness.)

People.com says you "definitely" need this cleanse in your life.
