Check out this edible Eiffel Tower at a bakery in Uptown Dallas

Do not try this at home.

A team of 10 pastry chefs spent the past five weeks constructing a 3-and-a-half-foot-tall Eiffel Tower made out of gingerbread. Bet that beats your gingerbread house at home, no?

The chef-owner of Bisous Bisous Patisserie, a Parisian-style bakery, decided to make the Eiffel Tower so she could have an "elaborate showpiece" in her front window for the holidays.

The tower even has its own custom lighting. Its wreaths are made out of fresh rosemary.
