The Hall, as it will be called, will also serve steak. Naturally: It comes from Bob Sambol, the founder of the famous Bob's Steak and Chop House and also the president and general manager of Trinity Groves Support Group -- the team that helps first-time business owners in Trinity Groves get going.

The Hall is named for the College Football Hall of Fame and will be decked out in sports memorabilia.

"I am a great admirer of the loyalty of college football fans," says Sambol in a statement. "It never goes out of style. I'm looking forward to having the walls at The Hall full of pictures of Dallasites that played the game, as well those that cheered them on."

You may have heard of some of the former athletes you'll see on the wall, such as Jerry and Stephen Jones.

More to come on what will be on The Hall's menu.

The Hall will be located on the back side of Trinity Groves, near Amberjax.

Trinity Groves is a restaurant development located in West Dallas. For now, it's home to a dozen or so restaurants, each competing to become a regional or national brand. Eventually, plans call for it to sprout into its own district with restaurants, apartments and office space.
