The showy dish is an actual pigs head -- not for the squeamish -- and diners pull off pieces of succulent pork and build tacos. Dallas Morning News restaurant critic Leslie Brenner calls it "fabulous," and relatively affordable, tooBon Appétit agreed: It's "funky, elevated nose-to-tail eating with a decidedly fresh feel."

Now, foodies who happen to be football fans can order CBD's famous pig's head carnitas to go for Sunday game day.

For $65, diners get a pre-roasted half of a Berkshire pig's head, plus all the fixin's: salsa, tortillas, radishes, limes and tortilla chips and guac. It sounds a heck of a lot easier than roasting an entire pig in your backyard.
