Sweet potato and ricotta gnocchi, Cornish game hen, and duck pot pie are a few of the entrees diners will find at The Table, a new restaurant in Flower Mound expected to open Tuesday, Oct. 20.
The menu has smaller plates, such as homemade salt and vinegar chips, and more casual ones, too, like flatbreads and a burger. See menus below.
The Table will be open for lunch and dinner, with room for about 130 people inside and 50 or so outside on the climate-controlled patio. (Keyword here: patio!)
Flower Mound resident Bruce Wills, former general manager at Five Sixty in downtown Dallas, hired executive chef Ray Skradzinski, Five Sixty's former executive sous chef. Wills also spent 12 years in Las Vegas working for Wolfgang Puck restaurants. Maybe Flower Mound is getting a teeny, tiny splash of Vegas with The Table?
