Dallas gastropub Meddlesome Moth snagged Richard Graff to be the new executive chef. He's worked in a handful of well-known Dallas kitchens, including George Restaurant, Craft and Cook Hall. He was most recently executive sous chef at Gemma, which The Dallas Morning News named the best new restaurant of 2014.
The Moth is located in the Dallas Design District and boasts one of Dallas' most impressive beer selections.
Speaking of beer, the Moth owners hired a new beer director four months ago. Caitlin Mohon comes to the Moth from Flying Saucer on the Lake, a sibling restaurant. Mohon replaced Matt Quenette, a Dallas Morning News craft beer insider who is now the general manager at the Denton backyard beer bar Harvest House.
