Tallywackers is what we're calling Dallas' first chestaurant, a concept similar to breastaurants like Hooters and Twin Peaks featuring buff male servers instead of busty female waitresses. The new spot, which serves American dishes with sexually allusive names, celebrated its grand opening over the weekend with cabaret and barely enough clothing to go around. If you're wondering how the restaurant staff can get away with going topless, bartenders don't actually handle food, according to manager Aaron Ewers.
