You want the ramen? Justin Holt's got the ramen. Every once in a while, the sous chef at renowned Oak Cliff restaurant Lucia gets a hankering to knock out a big batch of Japanese noodle broth for Saturday late-night appetites, and two March dates are in store.

The first pop-up takes place this weekend, March 14, at Dallas' Time Out Tavern on Lovers Lane, where Holt will feature his signature chicken ramen; on March 28, it'll be duck ramen at The Dubliner on Lower Greenville.

The soupy sales run from midnight to 2 am, or until the $10 (cash only!) bowls run out - which could be in about an hour, judging from past events.

"I hope that these pop-up ramen shops are an interesting way for the general dining public to try something they may not have had before in a familiar atmosphere," Holt said in a press release.

Holt's pop-ups have been ongoing sporadically for four years. Previous venues have included Windmill Lounge and Ten Bells Tavern.
