Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros to headline KXT's Summer Cut festival

It's been barely six months since indie folk-pop group Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros played North Texas, but it seems they couldn't stay away. The band returns June 3 to South Side Ballroom to headline KXT's Summer Cut festival, alongside a mix of nationally and locally acclaimed acts such as gospel notables The Relatives, indie pop group San Fermin and the dancey Ronnie Heart. (See full lineup below.)

Summer Cut celebrates its fifth installment this year, continuing its tradition of bringing the hottest names in indie to town. The inaugural 2012 event hosted the Flaming Lips and St. Vincent. Other festival alum include Belle and Sebastian, Death Cab for Cutie, and Iron and Wine, among others.

Tickets to Summer Cut cost $35 and go on sale April 22 via LineNation.
