Runners showed up to show out at the 6th annual Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. Oktoberfest on Sept. 26. The day began with a 5K race through the surrounding neighborhood and included an extended brewery tour with a stein hoisting competition, Bavarian treats, a yodeling contest and of course special Rahr beer tappings and toasts.

More Oktoberfest fun...
The four-day Addison Oktoberfest celebration, a North Texas tradition, returned Sept. 17-20. The fest featured concerts and dancers, a German spelling bee, a yodeling competition, carnival rides and games, and of course, plenty of beer and food.
