The Adolphus Hotel has a new rooftop pool, but it's limited to guests

The Adolphus Hotel just opened a new rooftop pool and bar and a fitness center.

Imagine swimming in a pool seven stories above the ground surrounded by Dallas's beautiful skyline. That's what The Pool Adolphus is about, and it's just opened along with the fitness center.

So what does The Pool Adolphus have to offer besides that view? First off, a special poolside bar that emphasizes health. Morning selections include options like the Chia Seed Pudding with coconut milk, mango and berries, and the Papaya with carmelized pineapple & mint, cottage cheese, melon, and almonds. Lunch and dinner meals vary from the Texas Grapefruit Salad to the Texas Wagyu Burger, and there's fruity popsicles and fancy puddings to top meals off.

Anyone up there during the day would probably want to be in the pool, but if you go up at night you can enjoy the fire pit or signature cocktails, sit in the semi-submerged lounge chairs, or enjoy one of the six private cabanas.
