Can't-miss events for Dallas Pride 2015

As if they needed another reason to blissfully dance in the streets or crack open a Jell-O shot at 10 a.m., this year's Dallas Pride attendees have a big party ahead — they'll be celebrating the recent marriage equality ruling among other things.

Of course you can't miss the annual drag-tastic Freedom Parade, which runs down Cedar Springs Road on Sunday, Sept. 20. But if you're not into crowds, or beaded necklaces and koozies being thrown past your head, there are plenty of other gay-friendly events going on in the area.

So clear your schedule for next weekend and get ready for a gay 'ol time. Just remember, after all the jello shots and beers you'll enjoy, you might have more than a few pieces of glitter to explain to your boss on Monday morning.
