In yoga, there is a position known as puppy pose. Just don't confuse that with puppy yoga.

Puppy yoga is one of the newer animal-plus-stretchy-pants pairings to hit Dallas-Fort Worth, behind goat yoga and cat yoga. We might as well coin the craze "adorable reasons to try yoga."

The best part? You can take some of the cuteness home with you. The puppies at classes like last weekend's, hosted by Friends of the Northaven Trail in Dallas, are usually up for adoption. And after looking through the gallery below, you'll want to add a new workout buddy to your family.
