Four years is a long lifetime in North Texas beer years, which means it's also cause for celebration.
Over the weekend, Revolver Brewing in Granbury, Texas toasted to its fourth anniversary with live music and endless suds. Founders Rhett and Ron Keisler, and brewmaster Grant Wood were also celebrating a new era for the business -- in August, the brewery was bought up by MillerCoors' craft subsidiary, Tenth and Blake Beer Co. The founders are hoping the partnership will boost sales and help the company reach a bigger distribution footprint.
But on Saturday is was all smiles and good times.
