The spring 2015 edition of UT Dallas Magazine points out some of the boldest tastemakers and brewmasters in North Texas' craft beer scene share an alma mater: Michael Peticolas (BA '95) of Peticolas Brewing Co., Joel Malone (BS '08, MS '11, MBA '11) of Bishop Cider Co., Brad Perkinson (BS '08, MS '09) of FireWheel Brewing Co., and David Wedemeter (BS '02, MBA '05) of Martin House Brewing Co. are all former Comets.
