Check out the nearly $6 million Dallas house former Mavericks star Shawn Marion is selling

Even though it's been almost four years since Shawn Marion took the court for the Dallas Mavericks, he's kept roots in D-FW.

And as he prepares to move to a new home being built in Rockwall County, he's selling his old Dallas house for $5.9 million.

According to public listings for the home, it features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms over 12,629 square feet in Preston Hollow. The listing claims the home is "the definition of luxury."

His last season with the Mavs was in 2013-14. He played one more with the Cleveland Cavaliers before retiring. Marion, known as "The Matrix" played a big role in the Mavericks' 2011 championship, served as the squad's defensive specialist and averaged 12.5 points per game.
