Stick and stones may break bones, but words? Those don't hurt. Unless your a made-by-TV couple whose only recent newsworthy-ness is about whether or not you'll stay together.
That's the impression Dallasite JoJo Fletcher gave to People Magazine in a recent interview about how she deals with break-up rumors. Fletcher starred in the most recent season of ABC's The Bachelorette, where she found her happily ever after with Jordan Rodgers, former pro football player and brother of the leader of the cheese heads, Aaron Rodgers. The couple got engaged on the show's finale back in August and moved to Dallas to enjoy their life together and plan their wedding.
Or did they?!
"If we don't post a picture together for three days, we've suddenly broken up," Rodgers, told People in the aforementioned interview.
"For a while, we did pretty good at not caring about all the negative comments when they were really bad and when it was crazy. Now, it is a little stressful," said Fletcher. "We don't want to live our lives on social media. We want to be present in our daily lives and in our relationship, but when we see the comments it stresses me out because it's like how do I find the balance of living my life in the present, but also trying to make it where people aren't throwing out rumors all the time."
"It's annoying to read that we're broken up every day or that we're faking our relationship," Fletcher continued. "It's bizarre."
