Watch: Funny McConaughey parody video 'just likes' Green Goblin rumors

Will there come a time when "alright, alright, alright," isn't funny? We're inclined to think not, but you be the judge. That famed catchphrase proved the obvious choice for the opening line of a joke video spurred by cryptic rumors that Matthew McConaughey may portray the Green Goblin in an upcoming Spider-Man installment.

Parodying the actor's unintentionally hilarious "I just liked it" Lincoln commercial, the video by comedy YouTube channel, MELF, drawls through McConaughey's distinct intonation with a few more amusing references to his increasingly impressive resume. It's not their first Goblin parody -- MELF specializes in super-hero humor and gratuitous geekery -- but, it's a fun twist on recent casting speculation.

Can't see Wooderson as Norman Osborne? Fair, but we're guessing fans will 'just like it' more than another questionably cast super-villain: Leto's Juggalo Joker.
