North Italia’s patio can seat 100 people. The 10,000-square-foot restaurant is the third North Italia in the North Texas area, with two others in downtown Dallas and Plano. North Italia is promoting itself as a spot for happy hours and lunch and brunch menus for North Dallas office workers and area residents.

The space was previously occupied by Grill on the Alley, which closed in the first year of the pandemic.

The 42-year-old North Dallas mall with 200 stores and restaurants has also upgraded the inside of the shopping center with new seating throughout.
