Tech complex near U.S. 75 is one of Texas’ largest.

One of North Texas’ biggest data center campuses is growing again.

CyrusOne broke ground in 2017 on the first phase of its 90-acre tech complex on Chelsea Drive in Allen. It’s one of the largest data center campuses in Texas, planned for almost 1 million square feet of construction, according to CyrusOne.

In August, the company filed plans for a $50 million, 82,750-square-foot expansion of the complex near U.S. Highway 75.
