  • 2 small serrano peppers
  • 2 slices cucumber, both cut the length of the vegetable
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. white pepper simple syrup

To make simple syrup, toast white peppercorn in a sauce pan before adding equal parts sugar and water.

To make cocktail, muddle one slice of cucumber and peppers in a shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, and white pepper simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Roll other cucumber slice into a cylinder and secure with a toothpick. Serve cocktail on ice in a rocks glass and garnish with cucumber roll, or pour as a shot.
