Fort Worth gets new bar: La Perla Negra

La Perla Negra in downtown Fort Worth has food, sure, but it's mostly a bar. The new spot -- now open -- is located in what's being called the Flatiron District in downtown Fort Worth.

The full menu isn't yet available, but guests can expect Latin-inspired food including ceviche, steak with chimichurri and shrimp queso fundido. The chef is Ryan Pandolfi, who has worked at the Gorgonzilla food truck.

The restaurant is owned by Imran "Immy" Khan (The Lunch Box, Black Rooster Bakery), Andrew De La Torre (Embargo, now closed; and Pequeno Mexico) and Ramiro "Milo" Ramirez (Salsa Limon).
