So far, Nintendo's latest home console, the Nintendo Switch, seems to be a success. It's too early to tell if it will sell anywhere near the numbers of the Nintendo Wii, but stores have been sold out since the system launched on March 3, and Nintendo is reportedly doubling their production to meet demand.

If you're still looking and you want to get your hands on a Switch ASAP, you might try GameStop next week. The Grapevine-based company says that it "has been able to secure an additional allotment of the Nintendo Switch systems available for purchase."

Systems could be in stores as early as Wednesday, March 22. They recommend checking with your local store for availability. They don't say how many units will be in this new allotment, but they warn that stock is likely to go fast.

"GameStop continues to see strong demand from customers who are looking to purchase the Nintendo Switch system," GameStop's Eric Bright said in a statement. "We are meeting this demand by securing additional systems as fast as we can to ensure customers are able to purchase this innovative gaming technology. The customer enthusiasm and response we have seen so far has been incredible as we continue to sell through our supply of systems."
