Sure, the Pokemon series may be aimed toward a younger demographic, but that doesn't mean those who grew up with the original games can't have a little fun too. And with the release of "Pokemon Go," adults have more than enough reasons to go on a new adventure.
Take Deep Ellum's monthly themed pub crawl for example, which on its own gathers a healthy amount of people. This month's theme, however, was 'Pokemon Go,' and trainers went from one bar to another Wednesday night, including High & Tight, Twilite Lounge, Brick & Bones and Wits End, with lures dropped at each of the bars' Pokestops. Dressing up was encouraged and drink specials made it a night to remember.
