Did you see Sarah Silverman talking crap in Texas on 'I Love You America,' her new show?

Sarah Silverman is a comedian on a mission with I Love You America, her new show on Hulu.

That mission brought her to Texas on Thursday night. To the east Texas town of Mineola, specifically.

The famously ribald and liberal comic says she wants to help bridge the divide in the country, so she's seeking out people in places who don't think like her. That led her to Mineola, she says, because 87 percent of the people voted for Trump. She had to go see them for herself.

After challenging talk about serious subjects such as guns, religion, politics, climate change and gay marriage, Silverman had one question.

Or with:

"We've talked about blue states, we've talked about red states; let's talk about brown states," she said. "Have you all ever [expletive] your pants?"

She apologized: "That's so awful. I'm sorry. That's so rude. I'm in the South. ... Have y'all ever [expletive] your pants?"

And, one by one, some of the residents of Mineola answered. In the affirmative.

One story had a man doing the deed on a date with a local hair stylist.

"Anyways, I ended up marrying him," she said, while working on a customer. "And I have so many poop stories about his two children because DNA is very strong. ... I have a long line of poopers."

The yesses, and the laughter that followed them, led Silverman to one conclusion: "We all are the same, really: We all love our families. We all care about our friends. And we all have humiliating stories that involve [expletive]."

A new episode of I Love You, America is released each Thursday night on Hulu. One can only hope the rest of them are as craptastic as this one was.
