Teyana Taylor has made a career out of doing the most. And she was at her best doing the most when she danced to a medley of  hits during Monday night's VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The 90's Game Changers.

She's dressed in a white, over-sized jump suit with graffiti splashed over it so at first you don't notice that one leg is mostly covered. Would you look at that?! It's a boot for her broken foot.

Most people would take the need for a boot to mean that they could bow out of a commitment to lead a dance break in a nationally televised event. Or even bow out of a commitment to getting their own drink from the refrigerator. But not Taylor.

Taylor just keeps proving that her VMA win for choreography for the steamy "Fade" video was no one-off. Earlier this month, she ripped the runway during Fashion Week in New York.
