Former WFAA anchor Debbie Denmon made her debut as a host this week on HSN.

She went live at 7 p.m. July 10 on The Monday Night Show

Denmon worked at Ch. 8 for 12 years. She left WFAA in July of 2012 after her contract was not renewed. She became spokeswoman for the Dallas County DA's office in September of 2012 and contributed to TV's Texas Daily.

In a Facebook post in late April, Denmon posted that she was "giddy with excitement" about her selection as one of the new hosts for HSN. She said it was "the perfect marriage of two of my passions: TV & Shopping."

She moved to St. Petersburg, Fla., in May.
