In his 'Sharknado' role, Mark Cuban learns what it takes to be POTUS

What's it take to be POTUS?

Mark Cuban, who's been hurling barbs at potential presidential candidate Donald Trump via his Cyber Dust app, will find out Wednesday night when he plays the president of the U.S. in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!

It's the Syfy Network's second sequel in the Sharknado series and Cuban plays President Marcus Robbins, who's faced with sharks falling from the skies along the East Coast from Washington, D.C., to Orlando, Fla. It starts at 8 p.m.

From what we've seen of the trailers, Cuban seems to be having a blast as president, joining lead character Fin (Ian Ziering) in shooting down sharks that are raining down on the White House.

Or with:

In his Cyber Dust post, Cuban took this shot at Trump's presidential pedigree: "It's very possible that he doesn't have the cash himself and has bragged himself into a position where he can't afford the cash it takes to run for President !" And he continued his Cyber Dust salvo Tuesday by imagining Trump as president -- and not in a positive way.

Switching to make-believe, Cuban said in an email Tuesday that his Sharknado experience taught him a little about being the prez.

"If you see bad weather in DC make sure there isn't a swarm of sharks in any body of water," he said.

On a more serious tone, he detailed his three-point plan if he were POTUS in an interview with Inc.

For now, it's just going to be a fun night of watching Sharknado. "Absolutely. Can't wait," he said.

And that begs the question: Does he want to be in a Sharknado 4? "I would love to," he said.
