You won't be able to get every single breakfast item all day, at least not in the beginning. For now, these are the breakfast items that you can get all day:

According to USA Today, the Wall Street Journal and other sources, McDonald's franchisees voted to approve the move Sept 1. The company had been testing all-day breakfast in some markets since as early as April. Bloomberg reports that that the full breakfast menu won't be available all day, but muffin and biscuit sandwiches will be served, along with hot cakes, hash browns and other items.
