Uchiba's monthly guest chef pop-up series features memorable ramen dishes created by renowned chefs in collaboration with Uchiba Chef De Cuisine Alex Astranti. This month's featured chef is Nikki Tran of Kau Ba Kitchen in Houston. The specialty ramen dishes will be available for one night only, from 5 to 10 p.m.
