Nonna will offer an array of dishes inspired by the rich and diverse culinary history of the island. The menu will be a la carte, and will include, but not be limited to Squash Blossoms with marinated Spaghetti di Zucchini and mint; stuffed-braised Monterey Squid; Il Nido Integrale with poached farm egg, pesto Trapanese and hot peppers; Purple Cherokee Tomato Gazpacho, fairytale Eggplant, sungolds, burrata & basil; Spaghetti with Georgia White Shrimp, pistachio, tomato, panna, pinenuts, basil; Eggplant Timpano: Ziti, spicy lamb meatballs, ricotta, pecorino, Sicilian Oregano; Lumache with Burgundy Snails, bagna cauda, parsley and red cow parm; Chittara: zucchini flowers, gold bar squash, garlic scapes, egg yolk, pecorino, black pepper; Rock Fish, Calamari, Savory Clams, brodetto Diavolo and Sicilian Couscous; Albacore with slow roasted 4th of July tomatoes, taggiasca olive, fennel and creamer peas; Veal Braciole alla Marsala; Rabbit Agrodolce; A Bar N Ranch Bone-In Ribeye: fried fingerlings, Nardello peppers, olives, capers, tomato; Cannoli Siciliana and Zeppole di San Giuseppe.
