Celebrate as the switch is thrown illuminating a series of archways linking the West End and Victory Park entertainment districts in downtown Dallas. Besides connecting the two areas, the colorful LED lights installation aims to make the walkway, located underneath Woodall Rodgers Freeway, more pedestrian-friendly and enhance public safety.
The public is invited to enjoy refreshments, activities, entertainment and a reception following the lighting at 7 p.m. at Factory603.
